npmsx helps you discover and play YouTube-based music and videos. The app uses YouTube Data API v3 (via a backend proxy) for metadata and search, and supports optional AI features (with user consent) powered by OpenAI.

YouTube + AI Data Usage
npmsx uses YouTube-based discovery and playback functionality.
The app may send YouTube video identifiers and search queries to our backend to retrieve metadata and related playback information.

- Advertising consent and ad delivery (where applicable)
Ad and AI features are user-consented. YouTube-based attribution is shown in the UI where applicable.

- Uses YouTube Data API services and complies with YouTube API attribution requirements
- Uses optional AI features powered by OpenAI after user consent

YouTube & AI Services
The app retrieves metadata and related information using YouTube Data API services via a backend proxy.
Optional AI features send user-provided inputs (text, voice transcription, and/or images) to the OpenAI API only after the user accepts in-app AI processing consent.
Attribution & Notices
When YouTube branding/attribution is shown in the app, it is presented to comply with YouTube API branding and attribution requirements.
- Display proper attribution for YouTube-powered UI elements
- Do not remove or obscure YouTube/Google legal notices when applicable

The application follows third-party provider terms for services used in the App:
- Access is performed in accordance with provider service terms
- AI processing occurs only after explicit user consent
